Coriostafylo

The red grape variety (also called Koriostaphylo) originates from Greece. The parentage (parenthood) is unknown. It is cultivated in the Aegean Sea west of Samos on the island of Ikería. There it is used in blends with the variety Fokiano. In 2010, however, no stock was reported (Kym Anderson).
