The term for the communion service (also sacramental service) is, alongside the sermon service, one of the basic forms of Sunday worship in Protestant churches. According to the Reformed rite, the Lord's Supper is/can be received "in both kinds" (bread and wine) by all believers present. In the Roman Catholic Church, this is referred to as the Eucharist (thanksgiving); see there.
The glossary is a monumental achievement and one of the most important contributions to wine knowledge. Of all the encyclopaedias I use on the subject of wine, it is by far the most important. That was the case ten years ago and it hasn't changed since.
