The winery is located in the municipality of Gobelsburg in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Kamptal. Attached is a wine tavern and some guest rooms. It has been managed by Gerald Schneider since 1995. The vineyards cover eight hectares in the top vineyards Heiligenstein, Hussen, Redling, Spiegel, Steinsetz and Wechselberg. They are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Chardonnay and Frühroter Veltliner, as well as with the red wine varieties Zweigelt and Pinot Noir. The vineyards are cultivated according to the rules of organic viticulture with organic fertilisation and no herbicides. The vines are pulled just above the ground so that the grapes can absorb the soil heat. Part of the vineyard is planted in the lyre style. The ripe and healthy grapes, selectively harvested exclusively by hand, are immediately fed into the vinification process by means of small crates. After gentle pressing, the musts are fermented and matured in stainless steel or in oak barrels. Premium wines are the site wines Zöbinger Heiligenstein Riesling, Strasser Wechselberg Riesling, Gobelsburger Steinsetz Grüner Veltliner, Gobelsburger Redling Grüner Veltliner, Gobelsburger Zweigelt and Gobelsburger Blauburgunder. A summery wine line is called "Fescher Kampl".

Serious sources on the internet are rare - and Wine lexicon from wein.plus is one such source. When researching for my articles, I regularly consult the wein.plus encyclopaedia. There I get reliable and detailed information.
