Club bottle

Special bottle shape with a cylindrical, thick body and short neck that resembles a squat Bordeaux bottle. It is used by some port wine companies and for Tokay. However, there are more imaginative shapes for port wine, such as a flagon (a container with a narrow neck and a round shape as a belly). A cone-like shape used in Saxony is called a Sachsenkeule. See also under bottles and wine vessels.

If I were to rate websites, you would deserve the highest rating. It is rare to come across websites that provide such a large amount of data and are still so intuitive to use. Respect for the lovingly researched and informatively prepared encyclopedia. Keep it up!
