Producer description of "Az. Agricola Claudio Cipressi"

The winery is located in the municipality of San Felice Del Molise (Campobasso province) in the Italian region of . The family has been growing wine since 1930. The farm is run by Claudio Cipressi, the responsible cellar master is Lucca Vecchio, the responsible oenologist is Vincenzo Mercurio. The vineyards cover 15 hectares. Of these, the red Tintilia () occupies 11 hectares. Claudio Cipressi has rendered great service to the preservation of this local variety, which is threatened with extinction. Other varieties are , and . Since 2001, the has been managed according to the guidelines of , and since 2013, also with regard to cellar work. The farm has been certified by since 2012, and since the 2014 vintage only are produced.
