Ciclopica

The white grape variety (also Pirovano 60) is a new cross between Bicane x Pirovano 19 (Regina = Afus Ali x Terre Promise = Neheleschol). The cross was made in 1912 at the research centre in Rome by the Italian breeder Alberto Piròvano (1884-1973). It was used for the new variety Aromatica. Ciclopica is mainly used as table grape. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
