Christmas Rose

The red grape variety (also Davis C15-47) is a new variety between ((Hunisa x Emperor) x Nocera) x ((Hunisa x Emperor) x Pirovano 75). It was crossed in 1962 at the University of California in Davis by the breeder Dr. Harold P. Olmo (1909-2006). The variety is used as a table grape in the USA, Brazil, India and South Africa.
