Château Lagrange (Pomerol)

The winery is located in the commune of Pomerol in the area of the same name (Bordeaux). It should not be confused with the Château Lagrange of the same name in Saint-Julien in the Haut-Médoc (Bordeaux). The estate is owned by the Moueix family. The vineyards cover 8.5 hectares and are planted with Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). The long-lasting red wine matures for 18 months in barriques, 30% of which are new.
