Château Fontenil

The winery is located in the Saillans district in the appellation (Bordeaux). Since 1986 it has been owned by the famous star oenologist Michel . The property of several winegrowers was thus combined. The vineyards cover nine hectares and are planted with Merlot (90%) and Cabernet Franc (10%). The long-lasting red wine is aged in 50% new barriques.
