The winery is located in the municipality of Tisza in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Kremstal. Alois Zimmermann jr. is responsible for the development of the wines as cellar master. The vineyards comprise 11.5 hectares of vineyards in the areas Gebling, Gernlüssen, Kapuzinerberg, Krax'n, Rosshimmel and Sandgrube. They are exclusively planted with the two white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner and Riesling. The viticulture is close to nature, with, for example, greening and use of organic fertilizers with the aim of ecological balance. Important quality criteria in the vineyard are intensive leaf care, thinning out for yield reduction and strict selection of the grapes. The wines are fermented at a controlled temperature in steel tanks and are vinified according to variety and grape variety. Among the premium wines are various Kremstal DAC and Kremstal DAC Reserve. The winery is a member of the winegrowers' association "losgelös(s)t".
