DOC area for red wines, rosé wines and white wines in the Italian region of Tuscany The zone includes parts of the four municipalities of Capalbio, Manciano, Magliano in Tuscany and Orbetello in the province of Grosseto. If the grapes come from classified vineyards, Vigna followed by the name of the vineyard can be indicated on the bottle label.

The pure varietal wines Cabernet Sauvignon, Sangiovese and Vermentino must contain at least 85% of the respective variety, the rest may be other approved varieties. The wine types Bianco and Vin Santo are blended from Trebbiano Toscano (zum. 50%) and other authorised varieties (max. 50%). The Rosso (also known as Riserva) and Rosato wines are made from Sangiovese (50%) and other authorised varieties (max. 50%).
