Canella

There are two grape varieties with this name; nothing is known about a possible relationship:

Italy

The white grape variety originates from Italy. The parentage (parentage) is unknown. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).

Cyprus

The white grape variety (also Kanella) originates from Cyprus. The name is derived from "cinnamon"(cinnamon). The parentage is unknown. There may be a relationship to the Morocanella variety. The variety was rediscovered by Cypriot oenologist Akis Zambartas. It is mainly used as a blend. However, no stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
