Cabernet Malbec

The red grape variety is a new cross between Cabernet Sauvignon x Malbec (Cot), whereby there are three different ones (Cabernet Malbec 1, 2 and 4). The cross was made in France in 1890 by the private breeder J. Elie. No stock was reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson statistics).
