Singular situation in the municipality Bad Kreuznach in the German cultivation area Nahe. It was first mentioned in documents in 1476. The south-east facing vineyard at an altitude of 110 to 145 metres above sea level with a slope gradient of 5 to 40% comprises almost six hectares of vineyards. The soils consist of weathered red loam and sandy loam. Riesling is cultivated here above all. The Anheuser Paul, Finkenauer Anton and Reichsgraf von Plettenberg wineries, for example, have shares in the site.
