Brejoux Pierre

The French wine expert was general inspector of the body that monitors compliance with French AOC regulations. At the legendary Paris Wine Tasting in 1976, where the myth of the qualitative superiority of French wines over products from the New World was broken, he was one of 11 jurors or wine critics. After the surprising result, he was asked by many sides (mainly France) to resign from his position. Brejoux also wrote several wine books, for example "Les Vins De Loire" (The Wines of the Loire).
