Bouzy

French Grand Cru parish in Champagne in the Montage de Reims section (see also Échelle des crus). The vineyards cover 360 hectares and are 85% Pinot Noir, the rest Chardonnay. With Aÿ, Bouzy ranks among the top Pinot Noir areas. The champagnes produced here are considered to be particularly long-lasting. From here comes the best red still wine of the Champagne Coteaux Champenois. It is here that the Bollinger and Veuve Clicquot-Ponsardin champagne houses own vineyards.
