Bontemps

Traditional wooden ladle used in the Châteaux in Bordeaux, which is also the symbol of the association of wine producers and wine merchants in Médoc and Graves (Commanderie du Bontemps de Médoc et des Graves). It is in this container, for example, that the egg whites are beaten to make the wine more beautiful.
