BCS Eco-Guarantee

Kiwa BCS Öko-Garantie GmbH" was founded in 1990 as a subsidiary of Kiwa GmbH, a company based in Nuremberg. It is approved as a private inspection body for the implementation of the EU Organic Regulation with regard to the production of organic wines. However, the company is active as an organic inspection body not only in Germany, but also internationally on all continents. More than 100 specialists and experts carry out inspections and certification of cultivation, processors and trade for a range of standards. BCS also certifies on behalf of well-known organic associations or cultivation associations according to their individual guidelines. See also under organic viticulture.
