The winery is located in the municipality of Feuersbrunn (Neufang 52) in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Wagram. It is run in the fourth family generation by Josef "Joe" and Christine Bauer. The next generation Viktoria, Katharina and Florian are already working. The vineyards cover 12 hectares of vines in the Hengstberg, Pfarrleithen, Rosenberg and Spiegel vineyards, mostly on slopes or terraces. 85% of the vineyards are planted with the white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner (50%), Riesling (20%), Pinot Blanc, Chardonnay, and 15% with the red wine varieties Blauburger, Zweigelt, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot. The environmentally friendly, near-natural cultivation uses natural resources for plant protection, such as the resistance of the vines, the promotion of beneficial insects with the use of predatory mites and the confusion method with pheromones, and reduces chemical treatment to a minimum.
