IGT area (country wines) for white, red and rosé wines in the Italian region of Umbria. It covers five hectares of vineyards in the municipalities of Allerona, Castelgiorgio and Castelviscardo in the province of Terni. Grape varieties authorised in the region may be used. Varietal wines must contain at least 85% of the variety in question, up to 15% may be other varieties. Dual varietal wines must be blended from 50 to 85% of the main grape variety and 15 to 50% of other grape varieties. Different for each wine type, a minimum alcohol content is prescribed, but no maturation periods.
