Producers and Wine Reviews about the "Aleatico di Gradoli DOC"
DOC area for red wine in the Italian region of Latium. The zone includes the municipalities of Gradoli, Grotte di Castro, Latera and San Lorenzo Nuovo in the province of Viterbo. The vineyards are located on volcanic slopes on the north-western shore of Lake Bolsena. The red wine is produced from at least 95% Aleatico, the remaining 15% can be other varieties. There are also Liquoroso, Liquroso Riserva and Passito, made from dried grapes.
