The white grape variety originates from Romania. Synonyms are Bisetta, Impuntotato Alba and Imputotato Alba. According to DNA analyses carried out in 2021, it is a presumably natural cross between Visparola x unknown parent variety. It is a purely female grape variety. The varieties Beala Debela, Frâncușă, Furmint, Hamvas, Javor Groß, Krkošija, Papazkarasi, Weißer Augster and Žilavka were created from presumably natural crosses with various partners. No stocks were reported in 2016 (Kym Anderson).
