The "Weingärtnerei Aichinger" is located in the municipality of Schönberg am Kamp in the Lower Austrian wine-growing region of Kamptal. Ökonomierat Erich Schwanzelberger is considered a winegrowing pioneer cover crop. The winery is run by Josef Aichinger and his son Maximilian. The adjoining wine tavern is run by Susanne Zimmermann and Swen Hirschfeld. The vineyards cover 14 hectares of vineyards in the Im Renner, Im Schütt, Oberalbling and Wöhrleitn vineyards on loess and primary rock terraces. Near-natural cultivation has been practised for half a century.

The white wine varieties Grüner Veltliner, Riesling, Pinot Blanc, Sauvignon Blanc, Roter Traminer and Gemischter Satz are cultivated to 90%, and the red wine varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Zweigelt to 10%. The premium wines include various Kamptal DAC and Kamptal DAC Reserve (Grüner Veltliner and Riesling), as well as the "CMZ" cuvée blended from the three red wine varieties. In years with suitable weather conditions, Trockenbeerenauslese and ice wines are also produced. The winery is a member of the Vinovative winegrowers' association.
